We want all children at Roarsome Roleplay and their parents/guardians to have a fun and an exciting experience whilst visiting our Roleplay centre. 

 

We have some terms and conditions that protect us, you and your little ones.

 

When you purchase a ticket and enter you agree to following these terms and conditions.

Rules of Play

 

Children must be always supervised by a responsible adult. Roarsome Roleplay Ltd cannot take responsibility for children at any time.

 

All outdoor shoes must be removed before entering the play area, shoe poaches are provided. 

 

Socks must be worn at all times. The only exception to this rule is, those who require shoes for walking due to medical reasons. Please inform Roarsome Roleplay staff prior to your visit.

 

All rooms are cleaned and re-set prior to each session. When you arrive, the door may be closed. We ask for your patience and that you arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your pre-booked session time. In bad weather we will do our best to accommodate and allow early entry into the café seating area only.

 

Only food purchased on the premises may be consumed. There are exceptions for dietary requirements but please contact us prior to your visit.

 

We kindly ask that any children who are/or have been unwell refrain from visiting Roarsome Roleplay for 48 hours, the ticket refund and transfer policy still applies.

 

Please report accidents to a member of staff so we can provide the necessary assistance, record the accident and avoid any more accidents occurring.

 

Please report any damage to the play area or any equipment. You may be asked to pay for the damage if this is found to be intentional damage.

 

Roarsome Roleplay Ltd reserve the right to refuse admission or ask customers to leave at any time. 

 

Abusive language or behaviour towards staff or other customers will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund.

 

When taking pictures of your own children we please ask that you try to only take pictures of your own children due to privacy concerns. Roarsome Roleplay Ltd cannot be held responsible for any images shared by other customers. 

 

Roarsome Roleplay Ltd will never share images without obtaining written consent prior to sharing.

Children of all ages under 7 years old are welcome to play and we acknowledge that children develop at different ages. However, the equipment is specifically designed for young children aged 7 and under. We have a lot of props/toys, some being deemed suitable for ages 3 and up. Whilst all children must be supervised by their responsible adult, those under the age of 3 must be closely supervised at all times.

 

Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited within Roarsome Roleplay Ltd.

Customers should always keep all valuables with them. Customers bringing personal belongings into Roarsome Roleplay do so at their own risk, and we do not accept any liability.

 

We do have on-site parking; this is available on a first come first served basis and each customer leaves their car parked at their own risk. Roarsome Roleplay Ltd doesn’t accept any liability for loss, damage, or accidents.

 

We only allow assistance animals in Roarsome Roleplay Ltd.

 

Tickets, Transfers and Cancellations:

 

All bookings and deposits are non-refundable.

 

Transfers may be permitted with 48 hours’ notice given and with email correspondence.

Roarsome Roleplay Ltd reserves the right to close at any time, this will be for your safety and security, if this occurs, we will issue full refunds or transfer to another session.

 

One child ticket entitles a child entry into Roarsome Roleplay Ltd. 

 

Our spaces are limited to maximise enjoyment of the roleplay centre and also for safety reasons. 

 

Only those with a valid ticket will be allowed entry into the building.

 

Unaccompanied adults will not be permitted entry and there is a maximum of 2 adults per one child.

 

When a booking is made on behalf of others, the buyer is responsible for notifying all those in the party of these terms and conditions.

 

Special Arrangements

 

Please contact a member of the team if you or your child has any allergy, disability, medical condition or other need that may impact upon your visit to Roarsome Roleplay Ltd. 

 

We will try to do our very best to accommodate you and put in place any appropriate measures to meet your specific needs.

 

 

Party Terms and Conditions

 

Please read our Terms & Conditions before booking a party with us. Once you have paid your deposit, you are agreeing to these terms & conditions.

 

£100.00 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the party. You will then be required at the time of booking to complete and return the party booking form. 

 

Parties are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable if the party is within 60 days. 

 

If you would like to cancel your party, please email us to let us know. We can only transfer your party booking if it’s more than 60 days away from the time you are cancelling. The remaining payment will be required on the day of the party.

 

The minimum number for parties is 20 children. This is the minimum so if you have less than the minimum amount of children attending the party, the cost is still the same and no discounts will be given. The maximum for parties at Roarsome Roleplay is 35.

 

Party bookings are capped at the number advertised. No additional party guests can be added to these numbers. Please ensure you include the birthday child in your numbers.

 

To ensure a safe and secure environment for your little ones we limit the age of our child party guests to a maximum of 8 years old. We regret that siblings aged 8 years or older will NOT be able to join the children in the play area and will have to remain seated with their family members in the café.

 

All parties must be supervised by adults. We advise 1 adult for every 4 children. Parties do not limit the number of adults that can attend but tables/seating in our cafes will be limited as they will be used for the children to sit and enjoy their food/drinks.

 

Please arrive at Roarsome Roleplay Ltd on time and no sooner than 5 minutes before your play session starts. 

 

Children will not be permitted to play until the session begins. Your party will be set and ready for you, there is no need to arrive early.

 

It is the party parent’s responsibility to inform us of any special dietary or allergy requirements no later than 7 days prior to the party.

We require a final list of children’s names who are attending the party no later than 7 days prior to the party. Please email this over to us at least 7 days before.

 

The party parent must ensure all children bring and wear socks to play in Roarsome Roleplay.

 

Please be advised we do not supply birthday cakes or candles. You are welcome to bring your own.

 

The party parent must ensure that all party children are collected by their parent or guardian at the end of the party time.

 

The party parent must ensure that the party area is vacated with all belongings at the end of the allocated party time.

 

The Roarsome Roleplay Cafe will be open as usual for everyone staying for the party. 

 

No outside catering can be brought into Roarsome Roleplay (except by special arrangement which must have been confirmed with us beforehand).

If we are unable to host your party due to an unexpected event or emergency (such as a flood, burglary, heating failure or other emergency/event) a full refund will be provided.

 

If you have any problems during your party, it is important that you speak to the Manager who is in charge immediately to enable swift resolution. We cannot solve any problems once you have left the building.
