Party Terms and Conditions

Please read our Terms & Conditions before booking a party with us. Once you have paid your deposit, you are agreeing to these terms & conditions.

£100.00 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the party. You will then be required at the time of booking to complete and return the party booking form.

Parties are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable if the party is within 60 days.

If you would like to cancel your party, please email us to let us know. We can only transfer your party booking if it’s more than 60 days away from the time you are cancelling. The remaining payment will be required on the day of the party.

The minimum number for parties is 20 children. This is the minimum so if you have less than the minimum amount of children attending the party, the cost is still the same and no discounts will be given. The maximum for parties at Roarsome Roleplay is 35.

Party bookings are capped at the number advertised. No additional party guests can be added to these numbers. Please ensure you include the birthday child in your numbers.

To ensure a safe and secure environment for your little ones we limit the age of our child party guests to a maximum of 8 years old. We regret that siblings aged 8 years or older will NOT be able to join the children in the play area and will have to remain seated with their family members in the café.

All parties must be supervised by adults. We advise 1 adult for every 4 children. Parties do not limit the number of adults that can attend but tables/seating in our cafes will be limited as they will be used for the children to sit and enjoy their food/drinks.

Please arrive at Roarsome Roleplay Ltd on time and no sooner than 5 minutes before your play session starts.

Children will not be permitted to play until the session begins. Your party will be set and ready for you, there is no need to arrive early.

It is the party parent’s responsibility to inform us of any special dietary or allergy requirements no later than 7 days prior to the party.
